What Keep Warm processes

Call recordings and transcripts from the recorder you connect, the prospect names, companies and phone numbers on those calls, the texts Keep Warm drafts and sends, and the replies that come back. For your team: names, work emails and roles.

Why

To draft a follow up text that quotes what the prospect said, to schedule it, to stop it when they reply or opt out, and to tell the right closer.

Who else touches it

The services you connect (for example your recorder, CRM, texting line and Discord), Anthropic to draft and check each text, and the hosting and database providers that run the app.

Opt outs

A STOP reply suppresses that number permanently across the workspace.

Your data

Ask us to export or delete your workspace data and we will. Keep Warm is not certified under SOC 2 and does not process health records for HIPAA purposes.
